THE HOLDER is considered its contractual counterpart in all matters relating to the products and services provided to it by THE HOLDER.
THE HOLDER reserves the right to update these Terms of Service without informing its customers. The Terms of Service valid at all times can always be found on this page.
By using this website, the User warrants that he or she is at least 18 years old, is legally an adult and can enter into a legally binding agreement with THE HOLDER. You further agree to these Terms of Service in their entirety. If you do not comply with any of these conditions, the User is prohibited from visiting and using this website and its functions, products or services.
Ordering the products or services of the HOLDER is illegal for a person under 18 years or a person acting on behalf of other legal entities, and may lead to legal action by law enforcement.

The handling of the products or services of the HOLDER implies an irrevocable discharge of responsibility for the HOLDER.
The HOLDER does not accept returns of their products if they have suffered any manipulation other than simple storage. The HOLDER offers a 14-day return policy, if the product is returned safely, unopened and fit to be sold again.
The User hereby waives any right to hold the HOLDER liable for any loss, damages, liens, additional costs, including, but not limited to, legal costs related to or incurred in using this website or the products posted on it. The User is hereby obliged to use the HOLDER’S products in a consistent manner, with common sense and always in accordance with the manuals and instruction guides provided.
All information on this website exists for information purposes only and is based on estimates and subjective evaluations.

The HOLDER and each customer jointly set the best conditions of conditioning and delivery for both parties.
As a general rule the prices indicated on this website are indicative, each customer is always rewarded for their loyalty and the closeness of their business relationship.
Obviously, the prices indicated may be subject to errors and the HOLDER reserves the right to correct without notice the rates shown on the web or printed on paper.
Unless otherwise indicated, all prices are in local Swiss currency and do not include VAT.
Prices are subject to tax changes.
The HOLDER reserves the right to change prices at any time with immediate effect.
The relationship between THE HOLDER and the User shall be governed by the Swiss regulations in force and any dispute shall be submitted to the Courts and Tribunals of Zurich (SWITZERLAND).
